EXPERIENCE:
David is a non-equity member of Zielke Law Firm.  He has substantial experience in various proceedings before both judges and juries.  He has also negotiated multi-million dollar debt restructures and workouts.  He is a member of the Louisville Bar Association, Kentucky Bar Association, and American Bar Association.  Prior to joining Zielke Law Firm as an associate, David practiced with the University of Kentucky legal clinic.  During law school, he clerked for both the Commonwealth's Attorney's office in the 50th Judicial Circuit and the Low Income Taxpayer's Clinic of the Appalachian Research and Defense Fund.
